We’re not just talking about band aids and sunscreen or a cheap kit you can pickup at a discount superstore. Do you have the tools you need in case of a life threatening situation? You don’t have to be an RN, Medical Doctor, First Responder, or EMT to learn how to use a few basic tools that might just save your life or the life of someone else (on the highway, on the range, or in your home).

With Rights, come Responsibilities. Are you a member of a School Security Team or a Church Safety Team? Are you a firearms instructor or do you carry a firearm for self defense? Are you a concerned and responsible citizen? This course was built for you. As a responsible person, you should seriously consider learning some Basic First Aid and Basic Trauma Care; like learning to use a tourniquet, basic triage, and getting CPR Certified. Life saving techniques shouldn’t be limited to professionals when they are readily available to responsible people who are willing to get serious about their training. This workshop will give you hands on experience using tourniquets, and other items included in the IFAK.

To get your CPR Certification Card, we will need you to do the American Heart CPR Distance Learning portion at this link https://shopcpr.heart.org/courses/heartsaver-first-aid-cpr-aed BEFORE you come and bring proof of completion with you. With these workshops, we provide you with an optional Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) that includes many of the items we discuss in class. This is not an off the shelf kit. We have put together the kit we believe contains the very best items available you should have in the event of a gunshot wound, or other traumatic event.

Our Cancellation Policy at Get Trained Be Ready is as follows:

Our policy is that all payments are non-refundable, but if a student is unable to attend and advises us prior to the day of the class that he or she is unable to attend, we will retain the payment on their behalf for a period of one year from the date of the class as a credit towards any class that we teach in an amount equal to their payment.

However, we limit all class sizes. If you want to attend a later class and notify us after that class is already full, then you will have to wait for another class.
